In the past I have never had a problem with Lending Stream, this time has been a different story... Normally I had a confirmation email including the signed contract, the funds in my account and a updated log in area within 20 minutes of the acceptance screen. It has now been over an hour since I received that screen and I have received no confirmation email, funds or an updated dashboard online. I have called Lending Stream and a very helpful lady who told me that the funds had been paid however I have still not received them, received a email or have access to a copy of a contract anywhere. The new online area has also not updated to show the open loan. The lady I spoke to said this would not show as open as the loan was not open??? I did not understand this meaning and I still do not. I understand that there can be delays in the bank transfers, however I have never had this problem with payments from Lending Stream to Barclays and in the past when there has been a delay I have still received confirmation from Lending Stream via email and had an updated online dashboard... The new login area, for me, is not user friendly or as good and clear as the previous one and I will call my bank to see if I can get some feedback from them on the status of the transfer however I cannot say I am impressed nor happy when in the past everything has been so smooth and straight forward.
