A company who assists the fraudsters! They will allow someone to use different bank details to receive a loan and for the repayments so in essence they allow fraudsters to take out loans in YOUR NAME and have the funds go in to THEIR account but the repayments are scheduled to come out of YOUR ACCOUNT. They do not complete any bank validation checks which would prevent this happening if the account is in a different name. Makes no sense whatsoever and creates a perfect opportunity for fraudsters to flourish. Awful customer service. Never adhere to time-frames (i.e: promised a callback within 48 hours - 5 days later still waiting). International staff who have trouble understanding English (even when spoken out phonetically). Overall an appalling service from a company who is happy to allow anyone to take a loan out in your name but will not help you to resolve the issue in any way. **** STAY CLEAR OF LENDING STREAM ****
