If you are desperate for a loan PLEASE look somewhere else, AVOID this company!!!
FOS ruled in my favour, still waiting for redress... They have even tried to blame Brexit for the delay in paying out...
If you have a complaint ongoing against these loan sharks PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send another complaint to the FCA pointing out the disgusting behaviour and tactics this company is trying to get away with... Hopefully it will help to tighten and enforce the regulations these companies should follow anyway...
