Affordability complaint made by myself which was accepted by lending stream (112 loans in less than 3 years how could they not have seen I was in trouble)
Recieved an offer of a refund which I accepted but have yet to even recieve confirmation.
States 28 days for refund which is insane as they are quick enough to give you the loans instantly and take payment from you but take 4 weeks to refund what they owe!!!!
