““Please avoid this company at all costs. They owe money to so many people. I personally am waiting for over £1,000 from them with only a week until Christmas and no sign of it being sent to be anytime soon. I wouldn’t wish anybody to be in this position with young children. This company pay loans out in minutes but make people to whom they owe money wait months. Truly appalling. Complaint ticket 2019091710001068”

“Please do not get involved with this company. They owe so much money to so many people, you really don’t want to end up being one of them. We are a week away from Christmas and they owe me over £1,000 with no sign of it albeit paid anytime soon”

“Could not agree more with the other negative reviews. People really should avoid this company. It’s ridiculous that others are waiting for refunds that the company sat can take 28 days when in fact they should take a matter of minutes. Avoid at all costs”

“Day 26 of 28 waiting for my refund from this absolute shambles of a company. Destroyed so many peoples financial well-being with not a single care in the world. They have 2 days to pay me the money THEY AGREED to pay. Should they not, it’ll be forwarded to county court level by my financial advisor and debt collection will be processed to retrieve the funds owed to me. PLEASE ABVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“Agree fully with the last review. Sadly there are many in the position of being missold loans who are now waiting weeks and months to receive their money back. This company need to get a grip and start refunding!!! Worst customer service ever”
