Made an affordability complaint, it is now 8 weeks later and I still have hd no response.

I have 3 loans with LS, I have not missed a single payment and they have credited money incorrectly to my accounts. Their entire system is automated except call centres which are currently not running due to covid. This means I have not been able to resolve the error they have made with them, but the automatic system has referred me to debt collectors and marked me as defaulting on payments. I have done no such thing. LS may have been an ok company prior to CoronaVirus and you can still easily apply for a loan with them cos it is all digital, but if their system makes an error, their is no ability to resolve it other than making a complaint to credit reference agencies and relevant regulators. This problem has been ongoing for me for 5 months now. I even got so annoyed I logged an official complaint which they finally responded to, it said to call them on their number, which i did. The number said no calls are being taken right now. They are quick to give you money, but they will screw you on extremely high interest and they have ZERO staff to contact about any issues you may have. Even the debt collectors who their system passed my debt onto told me they are exasperated by the way this company is currently operating. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

Wish I could give no stars. I know it ismy responsibility to pay back what I owe but not was I done over by the apr ( mainly my fault ) but i had not spoken to them for about a month. All of this during a relapse of my mental health, work has been cut also due to the pandemic and other issues which i know aren’t there fault but never known a company to get terminate the agreement so quickly and hand me over to crs. Everyone else I’ve ever gone with have been more sympathetic and i was also charged on my phone bill as I was redirected to somewhere where I was charged for phoning abroad. From what I’ve seen on there reviews it appears they are all fabricated also. I know it’s in there benefit for me to get into bother so it’s more money for them but I didn’t think that during this pandemic they’d stuff over a key worker just cause i haven’t spoken to them for a while. I obviously should of been in touch with them and there technically in the right but ethically the worse company I’ve dealt with.

I received an email today off lending stream issuing a loan I never even had with them, they were saying my loan has been passed on to a credit agency, I wasn’t happy about this and I suggest anyone who thinks about getting a loan to rethink there options, LENDING STREAM IS A SCAN

this one scumbag outfit could not pay because of lockdown was 2 weeks late they locked me out of account online when I could pay I cant log in they don't answer phone then sell the dept on my advise do not use these sharks apr is a psss take so much so iv just payed my friends loan off for him mr j haywood £776.76 payed 14th may saved nearly half a grand for him and cost them double good my name gary Williams

Had a few loans , paid up full all the time . Apply for another one (smaller then ive previously had ) and declined .cheers

Been couple years past year half no loan keep declining me no loan since. Paid up time never missed payments. Always money my as they have seen. It says provisionally aprovid. Declined once get my bank access confused.

Now on day 32 of waiting for redress payment was told on Monday it would be paid into my account but it wasn’t. Then was told again today that it would be in my account today but nothing in there as of yet. They say they will pay redress within 28 days and yet I am still waiting after 32 days. I will continue leaving bad review on here and trustpilot every day until I get my redress payment.

Not interested in answering phones or replying to my emails regarding my current furloughed employment status, absolute purposeful deliberate ignorance so they can still take your money.

Now on day 31 since accepting my redress claim spoke to someone on live chat today and was told money would finally be in my account today. But lo and behold still nothing in my account. They take money from you in an instant and when they have to repay you they say it will be in the next 28 days and they can’t even keep to that! Absolutely shocking company!

Day 28 of waiting for redress payout, the lack of contact from lending stream is shocking I have emailed several times and not had any reply from them. Considering a lot of people seem to be getting their payout much earlier than the 28 days stated I don’t understand why I have been left so long. If my money isn’t in my account today I will continue leaving bad reviews and contact FCA over the matter.

I am due a refund and I was advised it would reach my account within 28 days. It is past the timeframe. I have had no refund and I have emailed multiple times and filled in the web form multiple times and had no response. Appalling customer service.

Awful. I appreciate lending stream hut website and application process is awful. I wanted to change the borrowing amount after selecting and i was unable to do so, could not cancel the application, or start a new one so had to go ahead with the incorrect amount. Very unimpressed with the lack of ability to change the application or restart it if a mistake has been made

Very quick and easy to get a loan. However very easy to get into a financial mess, they seem to encourage furthers loans putting you further and further in debt. Miss a payment they don't stop harassing you for payment. Even though always previously paid on time or early.
