“I am happy that you have accepted me for this loan but found it close to impossible to find out the total amount I’d pay if I paid in full by the 28th March. This is true for the website and also the phone call to one of your agents which I frankly found exasperating.”

“really wanted 400 was only offered 100 why is this as I only have 1 payment left on my previous 400 loan. I have had txts saying I am a valued customer and could have upto 1,500”

“Had difficulty with the new way of doing things. Loan ended up being less than I applied for even though the original amount requested was provisionally approved I've done lots of business with Lending Stream before but wasn't happy with this experience :(”

“They have entered in correct information on my credit file. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get them to do something. Incorrect info is effecting my credit score and I am trying to get a mortgage. The office is in India and they have no idea how important it is to amend this information particularly wither the introduction of GDPR”

“I had received text messages that Lending Stream have reviewed my account and they advised me can apply for a loan up to £390. Then today i applied for £70 but Lending Stream offered me £60!. I couldn't understand why if i can apply up to £390, but my application for just £70 changed to £60. I hope there should be a good reason for mentioned question,thanks. Regards, Mehdi Ipakchi”

“Was a fantastic site when I first used it several months ago. Now since upgrade happened few weeks ago, its useless. Customer support is very poor. Been asking for weeks to have my account sorted. Cannot view history or make early payments. Sent screen shots and varies complaints. All ignored. Someone needs to get their act together before you lose any more good customers”

“In the past I have never had a problem with Lending Stream, this time has been a different story... Normally I had a confirmation email including the signed contract, the funds in my account and a updated log in area within 20 minutes of the acceptance screen. It has now been over an hour since I received that screen and I have received no confirmation email, funds or an updated dashboard online. I have called Lending Stream and a very helpful lady who told me that the funds had been paid however I have still not received them, received a email or have access to a copy of a contract anywhere. The new online area has also not updated to show the open loan. The lady I spoke to said this would not show as open as the loan was not open??? I did not understand this meaning and I still do not. I understand that there can be delays in the bank transfers, however I have never had this problem with payments from Lending Stream to Barclays and in the past when there has been a delay I have still received confirmation from Lending Stream via email and had an updated online dashboard... The new login area, for me, is not user friendly or as good and clear as the previous one and I will call my bank to see if I can get some feedback from them on the status of the transfer however I cannot say I am impressed nor happy when in the past everything has been so smooth and straight forward.”
