“Money wasn't there in 15 mins at all”

“I was not given the opportunity to repay in 3 months which I specified in my application. Please advise how I can repay earlier if I have the funds available”

“Took roughly about 4 and a half hours to enter my account. Far too long, compared to the 15 minutes which is stated. Do not use if you need money within the hour”

“I think the amount of interest on a loan of 50 pounds is too high I might not accept next time. plus there is no reduction in the interest rate for loyal customers who pay back on time or early which is disappointing”

“When you read the other reviews of discontent customers you frequently come across the same complaint; 'I've had x amount of loans from Lending Stream, always paid on time or settled early and they've just declined me'. This just happened to me, it happened with Peachy as well. These lenders clearly want defaulters and full term loans in order to maximise their profits. I went straight to MyJar, I was approved within minutes at a much lower rate! They will certainly be my first port of call from now on.”

“I didn't realise I had to sign up to perfect credit team to get loan and don't know how to cancel it. Also I didn'the realise how much interest I had to pay back till near end by this time I felt I had too carry on as no cancel button.”

“After 25mins trying to fill in the online application, i called the number provided but the telephone operater was not that helpful instead of listerning to the problems i was having she was like a scratched record just repeating herself over and over again. I said i thought this was the helpline what a mess. Thanks”

“repaid my loan twice - early and in full and was suddenly only able to reloan a very small sum. Would have thought customers that repaid early and whose circumstances had not changed would be rewarded for loyalty and good custom but instead have found myself disadvantaged for no reason”

“Disappointing this time regarding the Interest applied , I have had a number of loans and kept up all payments, This time I borrowed £80 and find the interest take the total payable to £160.00. As stated above disappointing”
