“Please search Lending Stream refunds before getting involved with this company. I am one of many people to whom the lent irresponsibly to and to whom they owe money. They avoid calls and emails and keep people waiting and waiting and waiting even after a financial ombudsman ruling.”

“Quick to take your money, not so quick is paying back what is owed. Read through the reviews before going elsewhere. You will see how many people they owe money to and how difficult they are being in returning it.”

“Do not get involved with this company. They treat customers appallingly and avoid any kind of contact. Call centre us abroad, they constantly put you on hold, are far from helpful and do not respond to emails. Disgusting”

“Appalling customer services and complaints department. This company lent to me irresponsibly, they owe me money back as riled by the financial ombudsman and are dragging their feet. My complaint has been ongoing since April. Avoid them at all costs!!”

“I am currently awaiting for a redress from their customer service department. I have been told that it will be processed ASAP however 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Their call centre is useless and my email chasers have gone unanswered. I am suffering extreme financial hardship however they do not seem care. Not impressed and very disappointed”

“Appalling AGAIN from customer service. Was told exactly 7 days ago that my refund had be processed and that it would be in my account within a couple days. A week on and not a sight. Rang customer services again yesterday and they basically said that was a false statement. And that it could be another 10 days. Sick of this company. AVOID THESE BANDITS!!!”

“Another delay in recovering my redress from lending stream. Was told 3 days ago that I’d only have to wait a couple more days, spoke to customer service again today and told to check back in next Monday/Tuesday for an update. Literally can not understand how difficult it is to process one payment. Really starting to get annoyed now. THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE LENDING LED TO THIS. Please don’t take any notice of the stream of fake reviews. They obviously employ someone to create them!”
