“Strange that you only publish 5star reviews. When you are bunch of rip off merchants, peddling loans @ 1400+ %!! Surely not everyone thinks you're doing a great service to your country. I am sure most would see you as voltures feeding on the poor. You should be ashamed of yourself.”

“unable yo contact. trying to pay off balance. everytime i try to log in i cant. i try to reset password and website says they will send me e mail or send me text and i dont recieve it. i dont think they want you to pay account off early so they can make more money!”

“Never again I agreed to a six month payment plan and agreed sum each month but I always pay early and I happend to check my lending stream account last week it was at 150 and happend to check the day and it has gone up to 178 bunch of crooks. Trying get as much money as possible I caught on because I happend to screen shot my account balance last week and checked it today.”

“It's been nearly 24 hours an I have still not herd is I can get the loan or not even tho they called me asking a punch of questions an they said they'll email or text back. So they have t even let me know if I qualify, also took them till the next day to even call me. They shouldn't advertise money in your bank in 15 mins when it's not true”

“I have called 20 times and been refused help, the issues were service and fraud related however the fraud department was closed and calls and emails not returned. I still await a callback from the 1st March and on 19 more occasions plus several emails don't rely on help in a crisis or if you wish to complain”

“Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer services and complaints are ignored. Call backs promised and never received. Quick to dish money out, but for some reason they refuse to close accounts and continue to charge daily interest. I have had to go to both the FCA and the FOS regarding this company. AVOID at all costs !!!!”

“Lost my debit card and I was unable to buy a train ticket, but luckily I had an other card with me but I had no money on this so I applied for a quick emergency loan as they are advertising to deposit the cash in an hour. I was waiting over 4 hours at the train station waiting for the money but it never came. I visited an other company and I applied and received the money 3 minutes after finishing the application form. Of course I cancelled my loan with this ridiculous company! 4 hrs waiting in the cold and they didn't even apologised. If you are desperate for quick emergency cash do not use them!”

“Went for a loan got told they moved the fence line with reduced interest rates, I raised a complaint and said it's misleading to tv broadcast 1 thing and do complete opposite! Used company for several years on and off never again after that. Customer complaints wasn't even bothered the way they blew me off! Joke of a company uk should ban company like this with Apr rates like this it's ensane”

“I can't understand how many 5* you have. I have applied for a loan with yourselfs, it tells me I've been accepted and the money is on its way. I have also received a text message saying congratulations your money is on its way and should be in your account within 15 mins or up to an hour with some banks. Presently I have been waiting for 5 hours with. I transfer. You state to contact the bank, I have done Barclays accepts faster payments! So what is going on? I have read many reviews about people being told they have been accepted but this isn't the case. I hope I'm not one of them. Presently you're doing bad! I hope i don't need to take further action against this company as I will. Misleading people is against the law. I hope you take note of this Many thanks Steven. Ps I will be attempting to call you when your preamium lines open!l all my calls are recorded for training and monatering purposes.”
