“My account has a fault on it so can't see loan history ect.Contacted customer service by phone and email over ten times.No attempt by them to fix it.Had several loans with them never mussed a payment. Avoid !!!!”

“Applied for a loan on 10th it was approved and said money will be in account 15mins. Kept checking there was nothing. Called them on the 10th twice and then Several times till today (14th) kept telling me they were facing technical issues and that money will be in my account end of day. I rang complaint team, lady tells me my loan was not approved. I was so furious and asked why have they been mis-leading me on saying it has been approved!! Also when I log on I call see details of the loan and it has started accruing interest. The lady said she will look into it but loan has not been approved. After 5 mins of putting the phone down she called me back and apologised that she made a mistake and the loan has been approved. I still have not received loan.. this company is a joke! Better off going to safety net reliable and based in UK!”

“Everything had gone wrong the company had changed my name without me asking and put money in a wrong account and told me I had to wait 7days for changes to happen.”

“My loan was approved well over two days ago and I was promised money within 15 minutes. So far I have called the India based call centre on more than eight (8) occasions and every time they give me the same 'canned phoney story' about planned maintenance in the UK Central Banking System. I checked this information and it turns out to be a total lie!!!”

“You constantly lied on the phone about when the money would be available. I've Sat waiting hungry for two days still no money and no way to get to work this morning. Emergency means emergency and after 4 calls kept getting told in A couple of hours. I still haven't been able to eat. My payday is tomorow so what the pool not of having it now. Liars.”

“You stole my money you thiefs i paid you back the 500 and you took 1000 and held it for 2 weeks. You then finally gave me MY money back then 2 days later you took the 500 again. 3 Wonga is so so much better than you shit company. I want to kill myself because i have no money well i do but you STOLE IT. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY YOUR BETTER OFF SUFFERING UNTIL YOU GET PAID OR JUST USE WONGA.”

“A company who assists the fraudsters! They will allow someone to use different bank details to receive a loan and for the repayments so in essence they allow fraudsters to take out loans in YOUR NAME and have the funds go in to THEIR account but the repayments are scheduled to come out of YOUR ACCOUNT. They do not complete any bank validation checks which would prevent this happening if the account is in a different name. Makes no sense whatsoever and creates a perfect opportunity for fraudsters to flourish. Awful customer service. Never adhere to time-frames (i.e: promised a callback within 48 hours - 5 days later still waiting). International staff who have trouble understanding English (even when spoken out phonetically). Overall an appalling service from a company who is happy to allow anyone to take a loan out in your name but will not help you to resolve the issue in any way. **** STAY CLEAR OF LENDING STREAM ****”

“This company take the piss !!!! They either decline you and tying your credit file or they stop you getting into your account by saying passwords incorrect even though it's wrote down in front of you . Stay well away if you want to keep your credit file in a good state .”
