“it was awful, i couldn't go back and changed anything? i tried signing out and back in, going back on the page, even going into account setting to try change my pay date but no option at all. bloody ridiculous!!”

“I have been borrowing money up to £1300 as a part time worker. Now that i am a qualified nurse and moved into a council house with cheaper rent, I wanted to borrow £1500 as approved by your system but it denied me even after repaying back more than 3 loans. Can someone help me please”

“I had to make a phone call to lending stream as I was having problems on website to go ahead with Loan I requested for 1500 and all you could help me with was 500 so very dissapointend and won’t be using lemdingstream again in the future”

“Woeful company that should be avoided like the plague. Had to raise a complaint that has been handled terribly. Ended up going to the Financial Ombudsman Service who upheld my complaint and ordered Lending Stream to issue me a refund. Unfortunately Lending Stream are unable to issue a refund in the same timely 15min that they can issue a loan. Don't care about customers, lie all the time, are unable to hit any deadline and weeks later i'm still waiting for my refund. Look at the completed complaints on the FOS website for how bad this company are. Customer service is none existent, shouldn't be allowed a license to trade”

“1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. Your review System error on their behalf caused major problems with them taking payments for 3 months. Appauling service throughout this time with no explanation of what the problem actually was. Eventually resolved but only after numerous phone calls and emails. I rarely had a reply to any emails even when it was logged as a complaint. No explanation as to why the majority of my emails were not acknowledged. No offer of reimbursement for phone calls, time and stress that this caused. Avoid this company.”
