“You stole my money you thiefs i paid you back the 500 and you took 1000 and held it for 2 weeks. You then finally gave me MY money back then 2 days later you took the 500 again. 3 Wonga is so so much better than you shit company. I want to kill myself because i have no money well i do but you STOLE IT. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY YOUR BETTER OFF SUFFERING UNTIL YOU GET PAID OR JUST USE WONGA.”

“A company who assists the fraudsters! They will allow someone to use different bank details to receive a loan and for the repayments so in essence they allow fraudsters to take out loans in YOUR NAME and have the funds go in to THEIR account but the repayments are scheduled to come out of YOUR ACCOUNT. They do not complete any bank validation checks which would prevent this happening if the account is in a different name. Makes no sense whatsoever and creates a perfect opportunity for fraudsters to flourish. Awful customer service. Never adhere to time-frames (i.e: promised a callback within 48 hours - 5 days later still waiting). International staff who have trouble understanding English (even when spoken out phonetically). Overall an appalling service from a company who is happy to allow anyone to take a loan out in your name but will not help you to resolve the issue in any way. **** STAY CLEAR OF LENDING STREAM ****”

“This company take the piss !!!! They either decline you and tying your credit file or they stop you getting into your account by saying passwords incorrect even though it's wrote down in front of you . Stay well away if you want to keep your credit file in a good state .”

“Expect you to pay £100 on the day to recieve your loan. Wouldn't be applying for a loan if I could afford to just pay out £100. SCAM”

“During my application the amount was changed. I didn't want to proceed with this amount so I called customer services. The representative told me that they could not cancel my incomplete application, but that I should apply and sign the documents and then call back for them to cancel the application. I did this, called back and another representative told me that this cannot be done. Very unhelpful”

“I applied for the loan and was accepted. I was told the money would be in my account in 15 mins, 1 hour later I have no money and my site account says I have never even taken out a loan. I assumed that I missed something on the page so went to make a second application but that isn't even an option. So now you have all my information and I have nothing. Thanks for the help there...”

“STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT I have seen a high number of people who have not received funds... I honestly don't understand what is happening to Lending Stream, the service used to be without error. Perhaps not. If payment is taken when I have not received funds I will be contacts the FCA and Ombudsman.”

“I've always paid back my loans on time and never been late on a payment, sometimes even paying back earlier. I went to apply for a loan again but my card details and employment was asked to be verified, which made no sense as I've had numerous loans from lending stream without being asked this. I've tried to verify my card and employment but have not been able to do so because of the system not being able to verify my card. This is the same card that lending stream has I problems taking payments from. My account says I'm eligible for a loan and I keep receiving emails to apply for a new loan but I'm not able to take out any loans. As a loyal customer I feel let down and once my account is paid off I will never borrow with lending stream again.”
