“Due to a technical problem they took a payment late without notification leaving me overdrawn with my bank and getting charged £100 and did not offer to help in anyway to rectify this not happy at all with service from these people watch your statements folks”

“VERY MISLEADING Trick you into thinking your loan is accepted then advise after processing the loan and letting you know how much you can lend, e-signing docs, etc they have to contact my WORKPLACE to confirm! I would never have a agreed for a start plus its a bank holiday so good luck with that timewasters”

“Shocking service the loan hasn't even gone into my bank yet after 3 hours I have never been so annoyed with a company, been on the phone to your service wasting my time and money to be passed around and saying the same thing over and over again I want something to be done about this please. Very annoyed”

“Before applying for the loan, I read the FAQ's and 'How it works section'. I was effectively ensuring that the loan can be approved/declined through an immediate automated process which everything suggested it would as I need the decision either way this Sunday evening. Nothing suggested that it was anything but this. I then got a message to say you would call me at work to see that I work there. Well of course I do but this doesn't supported an automated application process. On this basis, I do not need this load either way. I found the information you provide very misleading. Please do not process my loan and please delete all details of mine from your system.”

“To high interest will contact the financial conduct authority regarding this. Customers have every right to claim interest back like companies like ur self charging to much.”
